William Vaughan is a qualified motor mechanic. He served in various ministries and in leadership in his local church at Boksburg Baptist Church when the Lord called him to serve in missions. He holds a BTh Honours (Baptist Theological College - Johannesburg) majoring in both pastoral and mission studies. He has served with Samaria Mission (a ministry of Christ Baptist Church) since 2003 and served as the Mission Director for 13 years. He has been serving as an Elder of Christ Baptist Church since 2008. William is married to Sharyn (who serves alongside of him on the mission field), they have been married for 33 years and have 3 sons, 2 daughters-in-law and 3 grandchildren. William and Sharyn are sent Missionaries from Christ Baptist Church, it is William's greatest desire to see God building strong Biblical, God glorifying, healthy rural churches.
