Shadrack Ramosa

Was a member for 32 years and served in leadership of his local church, Meadowlands Baptist Church (MBC) in Soweto, Gauteng. Served in Missions locally and in Botswana through MBC, Youth Alive & Scripture Union. Former Treasurer of the Baptist Convention of SA. Global Board Member of Biblica, translators of NIV. Shadrack & his wife have been members of CBC since 2014.

 

Family: Shadrack is married to Dimakatso and God blessed them with three children, two girls and one boy (Lerato, Gaogakwe and Mosa) and two grandchildren, boy and girl (Bokang and Gaasitwe) and a daughter-in-law, Kangwe.

 

Career: Shadrack holds the following qualifications: Aviation Executive Management Certificate – Aviation Academy, Canada; OETDP Certificate – RSA; B.Com – North- West University, RSA; B.Com Honours – UNISA, RSA and Master of Business Management – Eastern Illinois University, USA.

Ministry: Missions Committee Member and is the Deacon in charge of the Hospitality Ministry.

Russel Gutsche

Married to Ann and they have two primary school children.  He is self-employed in the office automation industry. Russel is the chairperson Missions committee and is the deacon in charge of the ministry to the elderly.

John Sekwaila

Married to Salome and they are blessed with 5 children, 3 sons and 2 daughters (Kwena, the late Noko, Mashala, Mosima & Mailula), 3 grandchildren, 2 boys & a girl (Mogau, Zawathi & Kia) and a daughter-in-law, Yulenda. He is a teacher by profession and worked for the Department of Education for 34 years, he is now retired. John has been a member of CBC for 25 years and serves as the Deacon responsible for the Hospital Ministry and as the secretary for the Deacons.

Trevor Gopo

Married to Queen and they are blessed with four children, 3 daughters and a son. He is self-employed in the water management industry. He currently serves on the Business Committee, Missions Committee and is the Deacon responsible for benevolence. He has been a member of CBC for over 20 years

Steyn Dikgale

Holds a BA Hons (Geography) from the University of Limpopo and a BED Hons from the University of Pretoria. He served the Department of Basic Education for 29 years, presently the principal of a secondary school. “I am a Christian who accepted Christ as my savior”, presently serving as the deacon reaponsible for Sunday Service. He is  married to Lettie and they have been blessed with four children.
