Faith Builders

Takes place on Sunday mornings from 8:00 – 9:00 during school terms. This is geared to youth and adults.

“We proclaim Him, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone perfect in Christ” Colossians 1:28. This aligns with our church’s purpose statement: “We exist as a Biblical Community to Glorify God by EXALTING His supremacy in all things, EQUIPPING one another for works of service and EVANGELISING all nations that we may present every person perfect in Christ”.

Faith builders is an adult and youth Sunday school geared toward this very goal. Adult Sunday school is rare in many churches, but here at CBC we provide this opportunity to be equipped for works of service.

How can you benefit from Faith Builders?

Being better equipped in knowing the Word of God helps us to live a victorious
Christian life and it is our most important weapon against the struggles and
challenges of life.
Plan to be there on time.
Commit to attend and participate in reading assignments and asking questions in
class for the entire series.
Attend with your spouse, youth aged children, friend or neighbour to learn with you.

What do we do at Faith Builders?

We teach biblical interpretation and the exposition of Scripture.
We study specific books of the Bible.
We explore various doctrines in more detail not often heard on the pulpit.
We explore various ethical issues rarely addressed on the pulpit
We explore various biblical counselling issues.
We explore Church History.
We explore how to be personally involved in Missions.
We encourage each other in our Christian walk.
We explore what it means to be a member of a local church.
We help new members to be integrated in the life of CBC family.
